Tax Associate

The ideal candidate will be able to work with and advise our clients on general corporate and tax-related matters, including transactional and tax issues related to business organizations and mergers and acquisitions. The candidate should also be able to help clients with estate planning needs, including providing advice and counseling on wills and estates. Qualified candidates will be associates with at least two years of experience. Top-tier academics and excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills are required.
